I've run into some issues that make it difficult to ensure I get post done on time. For example. There was one time the site was down due to some maintenance and I was given no notice of this. The support I get it nice, but one time an agent did tell me that I had 2-3 minutes to reply while I was trying to get a screenshot prepared, even though I waited more than 10 minutes to be connected with an agent. I understand you have other customers to attend to, but I'd like to be shown the same courtesy and patience I show to support as well as a paying customer.

I like Bluehost a lot

I like Bluehost a lot. I've have always received very good customer service and the representatives have always taken their time to help me resolve any issues that I might be having. The only reason I don't give Bluehost 5 stars is because I have had some hiccups along the way that have been pretty annoying to deal with.

Even so, I am very satisfied with my hosting, the customer service, and the experience that I have had so far.

I have had great experience in the past with BlueHost, then things have gone downhill in the last few months. From a new corky login panel, to the many chats and calls it takes to get one thing done, to the terrible experience upgrading to VSP (where I was suppose to get an onboarding & migration calls that never happens), to finally loosing my websites that I have been working on for a long time. Things are messy right now and no one is able help. What happened BlueHost? You lost. Your edge.

You guys removed the Domain management. It is now a pain to be honest! I used to assign and unassigned domain as I please to, but thanks to your new layout and changes in your system this is no longer allowed and I am not happy with this!

I've left feedback on the change to Bluehost's new platform several times. It has way too many steps to do one thing that I used to be able to do (such as managing several sites), it has lost all of my old invoice, it is chaotic to navigate and has opposing information in different places. It frankly sucks and makes me worried about the state of the company (and if I should look for different hosting).

Your Bluehost plugin is aggressive pretty much forced on users, as the same can be said with other hidden plugins made by the same developer and are basically forced on users, it overwrites htaccess often, your service is horrible, your tech support is full of denialism.
