I find this platform to be more torture than help. I've never found an online space to be so difficult to access and navigate.
Hard to unsubscribe from auto renewal. Even if selected in account settings have to manually contact Bluehost as you are charged anyway.
Customer service is terrible all my domains are constantly being attacked and my email doesn't work for almost a month. I have called mutiple times and am told in 2 hours it will be back and running. Never is

The reason I leave Blue host? Well after three years the prize for my hosting were too expensive for one light weight site.
The new layout is not easy to navigate. It's hard to find the cpanel etc. The graphics look nice but the navigation is not so straightforward.
Confusing interface. Web Builder is a poor tool. Customer service is taking too long to respond (you overwhelm them with too many clients at a time). Overall, just waiting for my subscription to expire and I am outta here.

Its was good, but since 2024 it's so bad to deal with, for support you have to wait more than 5 minutes, also with they respond they need more 10 minutes to find the problem,then they dont have to access to solve it they open tickets and take more than 48h some time 72h - and the problem is from the server not from the user i face more 4 problems since 2024 until date
Impossible to get any support. Sites have been down for 3 weeks.

I'm trying to find what my MX records need to be. I am using remote nameservers, and recently ended another email service, and I want my email hosted here. I can't find the MX settings to send email here.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
