For the last 6 months my 2 sites that I even have covered with sitelock have been down more than they are up. I have been with Bluehost for 13 years and everything was fine until 2 years ago.

I realized that is when Newfold bought the company. I have had nothing but down time ever since. It has been a nightmare. My 2 sites are still down. I have missed thousands of dollars in launches and had to go to the doctor for anxiety medication.

I want to move to a different hosting but both of my sites are still both down so I can't even leave. Bluehost did a scan yesterday and they say that I have no malware on the scan, but my site is still down.

I was going to talk with sitejabber that is supposed to fix things, but what I realized that sitejabber is bluehost.

I am willing to take down this feedback if Bluehost can get my sites working again. All I want to do is move my sites off of Bluehost. This has been a nightmare.

If I could give you a minus 10,000 I would. You don't deserve 1 star. I have called Bluehost and sitelock everyday for the past 3 months.

Site tools are very finicky

Site tools are very finicky. It's easy to cause cascading issues and hard to fix them. Right now my site is throwing off PhP errors because, I assume, of changes on your end as I haven't messed with it beyond making a new post in months.

I absolutely do not like speaking with people in other countries that have no idea when you are having issues with the network and say no problem here only to 4 hours later the problem is fixed. They have no tools to help people and are extremely hard to understand. I wish there was a copy that would stop outsourcing.
