I love the games. I have taken two and both of them are really nice. I am sure everybody would say the same. Also, they have very good service.
The prices are not the cheapest but then you get what you pay for and for good service and good products paying a little more is always worth it. You can buy something for 10 bucks but if you run into issues and there is no one to help you just lost 10 bucks and your temper,. Would rather pay 15-20 bucks have the service, warranty and the smile ;)
Blue Herring games is a family owned and run store. I'll be away until 10 June with ShelterBox an international disaster relief charity. We have decided to pause orders and sales during this time. The store will reopen shortly afterwards.

Helped me out straight away when I needed to exchange a game for another, Upfront and no-nonsense, it happened straight away and they were even able to provide me with recommendations of another game to get.

Having purchased a game a couple of months earlier, I received an email to confirm if I received a bonus component of which they had extras. I didn't even realise they had meant to send it, so had no idea of the oversight! Exceptional customer service and a pleasure to deal with!

Ordered a copy of 'Leaders of Euphoria' on Saturday morning for a local delivery to Kilsyth and promptly received a message from Steve that he could deliver it on the same day! Unfortunately I was out of the area that day but getting the game on the same day would have been a delight!
Steve arranged a suitable meetup, came down, and now I have promptly received the game complete with the "Kickstarter Artifact #1' pack included (as advertised)!
Highly recommend buying from 'Blue Herring Games' especially if you are local to the area (East Melbourne), as Steve is a highly organised top bloke!

I ordered a copy of Terraforming Mars, which was on back-ordered, but my friend got me a copy from the US, had to email them to cancel my order, explained the situation to them, no questions asked, order cancelled. They even said they were happy I was able to secure a copy earlier!

I have made a few purchases from Blue Herring Games and each time I have been absolutely happy with the transaction. From the quality of care taken in the shipping to the ease of communication and prompt postage of my order.
My last order was a pick up and I was very pleased with how easy it was to coordinate the meet up, not to mention the bargain I got on a dinged item(absolutely nothing wrong with the game itself-box fought with overzealous custom officer)
I have no hesitation buying from them in the future as I can see quite clearly how much pride they take in supplying quality games and their obvious love of gaming itself.

Everything in their range that I know is a great game, which made me confident to buy games I'd never heard of - and it was great, too. Fast delivery, good prices, and their sweet pack-fu means the games have always arrived in perfect condition. It doesn't get better that this lot.

Seller has excellent knowledge of each game and its suitability for various age groups. The games are of a better quality and more interesting than the ones you find at the usual toy stores. The customer service was of a high standard, with the seller offering flexibility regarding collection options. Definitely recommended.
