My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 24/01/2026. However, I was not at home at that time. According to the T&T, it appears to have been delivered, even though I was not at home!
Even though I have irrefutably demonstrated through various pieces of evidence (Garmin, shop receipt) that I was not at home at the time of delivery, the seller continues to hide behind the T&T of PACKS, the carrier.
According to Packs, the parcel was delivered to me personally while I was not at home at the time! They also claim that I signed for receipt, which is impossible!
The seller refuses to take responsibility and refund me, even though he is legally obliged to do so. He clearly no longer cares about his customers once he has received payment. This is really sad!
This will be contested via PayPal, the credit card company (chargeback and insurance) and, if necessary, via the magistrate's court!
If you buy from Bluedwarfs, think twice. If everything goes well, no problem. If things go wrong, don't count on the seller! He'll just count his money and leave you high and dry!
Expected to receive all brand new items. Was very disappointed. One item had been pre-opened and poorly repackaged. Another item had been exposed to some sort of liquid spill, with brown residue left uncleaned. I provided the business with photographic evidence of item conditions. The business denied having sent a pre-opened item despite me clearly showing they were lying. I did not pursue the issue with the spill residue, but the cracked, bent, poor repackaging of the other item is unjustifiable.
Avoid this business as the owner Roelof makes excuses and sends pre-opened, damaged and/or dirty items, and denies doing so.
Ik heb een Disney poppetje besteld. Was een dag te laat maar daar konden ze niets aan doen. Goede customer service.

I have been waiting 6 months for my product. They lied and said it was delivered. Said might be at my neighbors house. Then they had my package. I will be filing charges against them both.

Finally i received my capture the flag figurines. Im very happy with it. It took some days, but finally i have the figurine i wanted
Received Kung Fu wooden Smurf ($400 usd) opened/ not new and obviously seller Roelf cherry picked out specific parts for other wooden Smurfs because the base doesn't even fit in the feet. I wanted to return and they wouldn't allow me to. This wasn't the item shown in the picture too. They displayed 1/160 and I received 84/160. PayPal wouldn't help which shows that I cannot use and trust their judgement.
4x Smurf and magazine arrived damaged and seller wouldn't even refund for this order and claimed they'd send me better condition items on a future order. This guy is an awful business person and retailer that cannot be trusted.

For some figurines (if it's new in our collection) we check the security tape to check if it's not broken, especially to far away countries we teach our team members to do. We are happy the figurines/ moneybanks itself are very useful and in mint condition. Sadly you push us to agree with you with capslock messages...
