Everything about this is frustrating beyond belief. It constantly crashes, doesn`t work as intended, and is just a mess overall.

I signed up expecting a smooth experience, but I ended up losing an entire afternoon to this mess. I should`ve listened to the warnings.

I submitted a cancellation request, got confirmation, yet I was billed again today. Absolutely unacceptable. How are they still business? I know I`m not the only one.
