This feels like a complete scam! They hide extra fees everywhere and i was charged without clear consent I feel completely deceived and frustrated.

I don`t understand how anyone could recommend this. It`s a broken mess, and nothing about it is even remotely functional.

I shouldn`t have to chase down customer service just to stop them from charging me for something I don`t use. This is terrible.

They keep asking me for the same details over. It`s like they never read my previous emails. Terrible service, I would have fired these people a long time ago.

I emailed them multiple times but never got a respons. Their customer service is nonexistent and they completely ignore complaints and refund requests

I thought I was paying 1.95$ to see my results, turns out I was SUBSCRIBED to some nonsense service. Took my money without permission.

Fake IQ test. Full of typos and nonsense questions. Then they hold your results HOSTAGE unless you pay. TOTAL SCAM!

I`ve never had such a terrible experience trying to cancel something - it`s like they designed it to be a trap. I`m tired of it.

Scam! They charge me 1.95$, then BOOM-$29.95 disappears from my account a eek later. No warning, no confirmation, NOTHING.

They withdraw money from your account without eny warning and once it`s gone getting a refund is nearly impossible THeir billing practices are completely unfair.

The subscription starts automatically without clear consent and canceling it is impossible. They keep charging you making it a frustrating and costly trap

This company preys on unsuspecting customers with confusing terms and a cancellation process designed to fall. So frustrating

The developers really need to go back to the drawing board with this, It`s a broken, unfinished, and completely dysfunctional product.

I would never recommend this service. If you ever need help, don`t expect to get any. Their support team is non-existent.
