I have ordered from Block of Gears numerous times and I have always been pleased with the quality of their work. I have even sent them to family members as gifts. It does take some time to get the order due to COVID-19 and the service provider isn't always timely either, but that's a small inconvenience compared to the product itself. Thank you for all you do.
The products were bought as Christmas gifts for my two granddaughters therefore I cannot comment on their reaction other than to say I know they will love them. When the product arrived it exceeded my expectations.

My blanket arrived in plenty of time faster than I expected. I appreciated the updated e mails I received throughout waiting for delivery. You kept me informed & appreciate that with business now a days. Love the blanket. I would have liked it to be a little thicker material but quotes & pics are perfect. Daughter will love it.

I never received my product nor did I receive an answer to my e-mail asking about the status of my order. I am disappointed in the weight and color quality. It was described as a quilt blanket but is more suited for a child as a lightweight covering.

I ordered this blanket a month in advance hoping it would be on time for my daughter birthday. That was a downer for me. Ordered it October 31st and her birthday was November 26 didn't receive it until 2days after.

The 3 quilts I ordered & received are BEAUTIFUL... They're made really good. I'd buy again from them. I highly recommend them! I'd leave a photo of the quilts, but they're already gift wrapped for Xmas!

I am extremely happy with this product, it is well made, and I will be proud to give it to my Granddaughter either for her birthday, (Christmas Eve) or for Christmas. The first time I saw the quilt I knew I wanted it for my daughter. It had pictures and quotes I liked and reminded me of my daughter. I envisioned her having the quilt to hug herself in long after I may be gone.
I contacted the company by email regarding the arrival of the quilt, it seemed to be taking a little longer than I thought it should. The response was fast, the next day, an investigation was launched and I had a response within two days stating the quilt was in route. Three days later the quilt arrived and it appears to be just what I ordered. Thank you Alice for all your help..

I purchased a total of 12 quilts, one for myself and the others for Christmas gifts. One of the quilts was for my 55 year old nephew(Stand for the Flag). Instead of that quilt, I was sent a quilt that said "For the greatest little sister". I have spoken with this company numerous times through emails and they have refused to correct their mistake and not refunded my money. I would not recommend doing business with Block of Gears because they do not stand by their word or product.
