Ordered last week in November said it would be 7-15 days. Showed up 2 days before Christmas, but my wife loves the quality and look of the blanket.

Ordered On Nov. 25th - Rec'd an update Dec. 4th that my order was finished processing - Rec'd another update email Dec. 5th that my item was shipped... but the tracking link did nothing - Emailed them and didn't get an update until Dec. 15th - Finally the tracking info worked, but figured out my item was being shipped from China - According to the tracking info... it was tendered for deliver as of Dec. 21st... but it stayed that way through Christmas... 10 days later Dec. 31st it updated and said it was received in my city - Then the tracking info updated again Jan. 2nd 2021 and stated Out For Delivery... Ugh! - Item was delivered finally - For the amount I paid I would think the quality of the item would be better! Very light weight comforter! Images on item are okay, not great, just okay! So overall, not what I thought I would get for the price, however I guess it will make an okay fall / spring comforter!

I ordered two "quilts" for christmas presents on Dec 2nd. I actually received the package on Dec. 29th. The products quality is not what I expected or as shown on the website. It is a sprayed photo blown up so the pixels show not dyed material. When they arrived in a plastic bag, the bag was damaged and one of the "quilts" was damaged. When you order anything from this company, understand exactly what you are getting and by all means don't go with free shipping. You will probably regret it.

My 17 year old loved his blanket for Christmas. Got here on time. Love the bright colors, was not sure how thick it was but am very happy with it. This is a thinner blanket. Perfect for my teen. Large in size. PERFECT. Thank you. Would order again.

I have not recieved my order or recieved my money back. I am not a happy customer and want this fixed.

When I made my purchase I looked to see where you were located. So based on the fact it showed Dallas, TX, I decided to order. It took over 6 weeks to get the item which proved it came from China or Russia. Not happy. The color on the item is brilliant, however, when they said comforter, I expected a thick comforter instead of a 2 pieces of fabric sewn together with no quilting in between. Also, the sizes run small. The queen size does not fit my bed. Too small.it was more the size of a double, definitely not queen. I don't have pictures as I was not happy with the fit.

Almost 2 months to get, and then Bass on Quilt very poor likeness to advertisement picture. Never buy

Greetings! When I saw your products online I knew I had to have them. While looking at your website, I found one that I loved soooo much, and then I saw another and I said my sister would really love this, so I order my sisters first. I was a little disappointed when I finally received my order, because it did not look like what they advertised; it was totally different from what I saw on the website, but I thought maybe because it is a quilt. But my sister did like the quilt. Im still think of purchasing a set but no sure because I ordered the set the middle of November and I received it a couple of days before Christmas. Never received the product it was shipped to the wrong location and then my email was ignored when I told them about it, want a refund. Or at least the product to be shipped to me correctly

We ordered the Dachshund Blanket and couldn't be happier with it. It's interesting to look at, comfortable, fun to read with all the cute dachshund pictures! It's weird but our blanket makes us smile.
Actually it was my husband who wanted it initially. I love it! The materials used make it lightweight yet warm.
But it took a while to receive it. So don't order it in a hurry.

I really looked forward towards this quilt as a gift. I found the colors to be a lot less vibrant than what was posted. Secondly, I expected a quilt, instead, altho one could call it a quilt, it was printed pictures on material and there is padding in between the 2 layers of outter material and all stitched together, but a quilt? No. The worst experience was the inability to reach out to customer service. There is no phone number, there is no email, I was only able to log concerns by threats via their Facebook Messenger. Only when I started a complain via my credit card did I get any contact by whoever is running the site. Even then, when I was contacted by them, they kept sending me the same request each time to provide purchase info before they would talk with me via email but nothing getting resolved. They provided shipping tracking but that number to track provided no information and despite my asking multiple times, nothing. It took almost 4 weeks to get the item. I would prefer to return it but there is no way to do so. That's why I will never buy via Facebook sites again. All in all, disappointing product and service. Addition, even when trying to post this review, it would not let me sign in via Facebook ( said it could not) but I had to provided my email.

I purchased a quilt for my husband and he loves it. It is woodsy and more masculine, but has words that touched his heart.
