I received an email beginning of December that my blanket was being shipped. They couldn't give me a tracking number for weeks. Sent an email to Ebay about how to get my money back because that is how I paid. They said it was being shipped tight after that. Still took another 2 weeks to get it. Took a total of 7 weeks to get after I was sent an email that it was already shipped. Was not worth the amount paid for it. Blanket very thin and stitching coming out after 1 wash
I like the item I purchased very nice. Well designed blanket comfortable material product for keeping warm and cozy.

I ordered the cover and cases in early November as a Christmas present. I was worried that the very low shipping cost may have meant a huge delay. Turned up in the early part of December, without and problems. The photos do not do it justice. The colours are vibrant and warm. Very well worth the cost.

I bought two blankets from them for Christmas. One was a guitar theme. The other was a fishing theme. They were absolutely stunning. It took a little time to get them because of the covid. But I highly recommend ordering from them.

The product arrive almost a month after promised.
I was given two different tracking numbers. And only I after I filled a formal fraud complaint with my credit card company.
The product did not come from the Dallas area as as stated it would. It came from overseas.
It was supposed to arrive in time for Christmas. It was ordered with a month to get in on time and still was about a month late.
There is not a good way to get a hold of anyone at this company.
I will not be ordering anything from this company ever again.

It was the first item I purchased for a Christmas present in November. For my 3 yr old grandson who loves construction trucks. Didn't receive it until after Christmas. Honestly, I thought the quality was poor for the money. If it wasn't for the great wording of " you are my sunshine", I could have bought one for half the cost, for similar quality. Not thrilled but kept it cuz he liked the construction trucks.

The quilt was perfect for my grandson, but dealing with the company was very frustrating. They promised a tracking number when it shipped. Instead I got a text message saying it had shipped, but no tracking number. It took multiple emails and several weeks to get tracking information. The quilt did arrive in time, but just barely. I'm not sure I'd use this company again.
