The app is fine but customer service is extremely weak
They have no platform to contact actual people, it's random emails from random people asking very personal details through very insecure means
If I could rate their customer service out of 100, it would be -100

BLOCKCHAIN.COM IS A SCAM!
I would give them zero stars if that were an option! I purchased bitcoin over a month ago. The transaction failed, but it was taken from my bank account. After a month of writing countless emails. I finally received my canned response today. I am so disgusted I could literally throw up, they said that it was on my bank and that the funds were returned which they were not. They claim the transaction in question was on February 24 which I can assure & Prove it was on a completely different day. So I demanded proof of this bitcoin transaction that was returned to my bank account. Because that's an absolute lie! And to make it all even better they blocked my account so there's nothing I can do! (So they think!) but it's only just begun because I am going to make this my life's purpose to let everyone know how this horrible company is run by thieves and disgusting scammers. DO NOT USE blockchain.com EVER EVER! Unless you want to just lose your money with nothing in return because they will steal from you and then block your account. I promise justice will be served on them. It may take a while and it will probably cost me a lot of money, but I am the one that will damn sure make a point of it. For I'm having this overwhelming feeling like this is my life's purpose! I started by filling out a police report just a moment ago and then its on to the rest of the legal process from here on out, I will update here on the process of this legal battle that is about to ensue. Just please don't use blockchain.com. There are so many other companies to use.

Wallet frozen C.E.O. Contacted me to assist. Numerous payments later and he has swindled me of all my savings. My bank warned me not to send but I was sure that Mr Smith was helping. He requested I pay taxes to the Great American Bank. I emailed the bank and they confirmed I was being scammed by Blockchain. I am devastated. Disgusting criminals! Why is this company allowed to trade?

Blockchain.com and its owner Nic Cary together with Nicolas Brand are scammers. They extracted 34k for recovery my funds from other scam platform and didn't send my funds back. Now Nic Cary do not pick up the phone and nor answer the WhatsApp. They are cyber criminals and scammers.

They use a predatory ways to get ur money and create a obstacles to u dont get ur funds or move ur assets! Money hostages! They do not answer the tickets and give me a vague answers! Customer service a its a hustle to get in touch with them! I will say they are scamm

I had a significant holding with this company. Over ₿0.5 and around £2.5k of other cryptocurrencies. I decided (in hindsight unwisely) to transfer my Bitcoin to an interest-bearing account on their server, this is subject to a 7-day holding period.
Within 2 days of doing this, I received an e-mail telling me that I had violated their terms and conditions and that my account would be frozen in 24 hours. I managed to remove my other holdings however, as my Bitcoin was held for 7 days I lost access to it.
Then began my trial with their support. It took nearly a month to get a reply and after a while, the support agent agreed to transfer my Bitcoin to an address I gave them within 24 hours.
At this point, all contact from support stopped and my coin was not transferred. Then began another month of one-sided dialogue with no reply from support and no sign of my Bitcoin.
Eventually after reading the reviews on this website (appalling reviews I might add) I saw someone had reported them to the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (Google them) and had a positive result. I did the same and within 2 days I had my Bitcoin returned to me.
Shout out to the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau which doesn't charge for this service and a big negative to Blockchain.com. I am pretty sure if the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau hadn't got involved I would not have got my coin back. Believe me, the thought of losing over ₿0.5 caused me a good deal of stress.

They blocked my little 300$ and asked to be re-verified KYC and bank statements of transactions from 2022. I did provide all that, got verified and they told me that they will close my account and refund my crypto. It been 3 months since open the ticket and 2 weeks since I wait for my refund and no response from their customer support. If I open new ticket they are closing it and they told me to refer to the open one.: and there no response no auction!

Blockchain is a fraudulent scheme! Do not use this broker. I tried to cash out some money after trading 6 months with this broker. The account manager contact me trying to persuade me not to cash out the money. I said I still wanna withdraw my money. After that, they sent me an email saying that my account "was blocked permanently due to suspicious activity". And when I sent them an email demanding an explanation to this nonsense, they stopped communicating with me completely. Luckily, I recently managed to get my money back from them, thanks to Hold recovery.com, a company that helps track fraud and recover lost funds and crypto.

Avoid at all costs. They will suspend your account randomly and block you from withdrawals. Customer service simply ignore all emails. It's shocking

I have about $30,000 stuck under review since March 2022 and have since lost access to it.
