I had never even heard of BLINQ until I did a search for a particular item I was looking for. The price could not be beat and the fact that it was associated with another major player was a plus. If I find other products, I will definitely order again.

I give BLINQ the highest rating for the way they do business and treat their customers. I have recently purchased 2 laptop computers. The first (an H-P) had a keyboard malfunction which would have required a new keyboard. This was returned at no cost to me and the sales price promptly refunded. (In retrospect, I should have kept it and bought a new keyboard because I was subsequently unable to duplicate that deal.)
As a replacement, I purchased a Dell which is the subject of this e-mail. This computer was advertised as "New - other" and the implication was that the packaging had been previously opened but that the computer was new. This turned out not to be true as the computer is clearly labeled "refurbished". Further, it took many hours for Windows 7 to update itself with the 284 or so updates necessary. To add insult to injury, the disc drive cannot be read.
Well, you ask, why didn't I return it. The answer is that I invested so much time in transferring data from my old machine, updating Windows 7, and downloading programs that I didn't want to go thru that again. Besides, I seldom use the disc drive so that is no big deal. I'd already sent one computer back and did not want to send another.
The computer is working okay but I would not buy another Dell.

Answer: BUYER BEWARE... 30 DAYS ONLY! After contacting Samsung, I found my tablet was OVER THREE YEARS OLD and had NO WARRANTY left. So be very careful with Blinq's Customer Rep Karen's comment "there MAY be additional warranty from manufacturer". I ate the cost of the non-functional tablet. Yes the tablet looked like new, felt like new... but most importantly... did NOT function like new. In fact, it would not hold a charge, so would not WORK AT ALL. So, if function is important to you, I offer this advice; BUYER BEWARE!
