Bought a computer. I am doing ok with it. It said it was windows 8 but was a 10... The price was great and came sooner than was supposed to... I am electronically challenged so any new computer would be a challenge. My old one was a Vista so...
The laptop showed up and it would not start up, there was a problem with the windows 10 program. I lost two days having to reload the program and reset the features. This should have been checked and corrected before it was sent out, I purchased a working laptop not a used one I had to fix myself.
Satisfied with the overall experience. Will be doing business with again.

I was looking for a specific product on another site, to exchange for a wrong item they sent, and they were sold out. I was told to keep checking back daily for availability. I was already frustrated with the sites customer service (which is a different topic), when an advertisement appeared on my PC from Blinq. At the time I never heard of Blinq, they had the specific product I wanted, and cheaper. The catch: As described, on the Blinq site, the product was new but the packaging was slightly worn. All the same warranties and guarantees. I took a chance and placed my order. My product arrived sooner than expected and my purchase was just as described, NEW. I have been totally satisfied with their service and will not hesitate to order from Blinq again. I tell everyone who shop's online, check Blinq first.
