I received a package from you that looked like it had been roughed up. I understood it was a clearance item, and might have been sitting around for a while, but I didn't expect it to look so bad. That should have been made known instead of it just appearing as "Condition: New". It's not a great feeling when buying a $40 package of light bulbs to see that sort of thing. The bulbs worked fine, though, and I would have been happy to just forget about your company there, but you won't stop bothering me. The e-mail asking me to rate you on this site was the sixth non-purchase related e-mail I've received from you, and I've already unsubscribed twice (and now, three times). I will never make the mistake of buying something from you again - don't worry; I get the message.

I found a great price on a brand new Lenovo computer through BLINQ. These folks had better pricing on a new Lenovo computer with more features (such as built-in wireless) than what I found on a reconditioned HP computer from another vendor.

We are happy with the desktop computer we purchased from Blinq. The delivery time was fast and the computer was in good shape. We would have like some paperwork to have accompanied it letting us know what was installed on it and what steps to take to get it set up quickly. As it was, there was no paperwork at all concerning this computer (except an inventory sheet/packing slip).

In the ordering process I had it delivered to my office, and while the website listed the Suite number, it did not print out on the UPS address. This could be corrected.

Answer: BUYER BEWARE... 30 DAYS ONLY! After contacting Samsung, I found my tablet was OVER THREE YEARS OLD and had NO WARRANTY left. So be very careful with Blinq's Customer Rep Karen's comment "there MAY be additional warranty from manufacturer". I ate the cost of the non-functional tablet. Yes the tablet looked like new, felt like new... but most importantly... did NOT function like new. In fact, it would not hold a charge, so would not WORK AT ALL. So, if function is important to you, I offer this advice; BUYER BEWARE!
