I was happily hooked on this site, enjoying the discounts and inventory. I ordered several items. A Lenovo All in one desktop I've been searching for appeared, I ordered it and was shipped an entirely different model. Before I even had a chance to return it another appeared on the site. I ordered it with an email explaining it was the only model I was interested in and that I absolutely didn't want any substitute. I send a video of the modeI they advertised, send photos of the one they sent. I was assured I would receive what I ordered. Again I received the wrong model. They asked if I would consider keeping it at a discount. I told them I wouldn't keep this model for free. Then offered me a 10% discount on my next order. Somehow I was insulted by that because it's such a headache to repack large heavy items and I was promised the correct item. It can be very stressful ordering online, I research everything I order to avoid mistakes. Yet Blinq just says "I sorry" here's a 10% coupon for your troubles after I did everything to troubleshoot when ordering for the 2nd time. I feel I fell prey to what felt like a bait and switch situation. I feel I could have been more appropriately compensated given the how long I've had to go without the computer I require to work from home.

Answer: BUYER BEWARE... 30 DAYS ONLY! After contacting Samsung, I found my tablet was OVER THREE YEARS OLD and had NO WARRANTY left. So be very careful with Blinq's Customer Rep Karen's comment "there MAY be additional warranty from manufacturer". I ate the cost of the non-functional tablet. Yes the tablet looked like new, felt like new... but most importantly... did NOT function like new. In fact, it would not hold a charge, so would not WORK AT ALL. So, if function is important to you, I offer this advice; BUYER BEWARE!
