I wish that I could write a better review for this website. I ordered a gift for my significant other a month and a half in advance, did not receive it in time. I understand that the company may not have a lot of control over shipping time as it does come from another country. What the company does have control over is response time, which they took a week to respond to my concerns. They also have control over the amount of shipping time they tell you, they told me over and over again "it will be there within the week" multiple weeks in a row. I do not even know what my product looks like, as it could look horrible and I have sat waiting for almost two months. I have now emailed back and forth with the company which Jean has only sent me a tracking link over and over again which has no help at all. At this point I will never order from them again regardless if the product turns out perfectly. I will never suggest anyone orders from them and I will continue to review them less than one star if I could on all platforms. I am absolutely fed up with this business, extremely unprofessional.

I bought it as a treat for my 13 year old grandson and I want to give it a try. Lots of fun. It was bigger than I expected but it's okay! We were pleasantly surprised. Okay - this is not a high dollar kit but the paint, brush, canvas were much better than I expected

This is a nice sized pillow cover and the quality is great! My niece will love this as she is a huge Joey fan. Also loved the fact that it comes in different colors so I got her favorite!
Looks like everything is here. Canvas size 40x30. Picture size 33x23.5. All colors are in it. Symbols are very clear and colors are listed with DMC numbers

First I told them to make my custom throw pillow red by mistake. Then when I asked them to change the colour by mail, they replied so quickly and solved my problem
Their shower Curtains are very high in quality. You can make your customized curtains the way you want. They were a bit a late to deliver the order. But above all the experience is great.
I was super excited to get this and work on it casually as a stress reliever. I started working on it the same day it was delivered and the first paint color that I opened was completely dry.
The product was exactly as advertised but the quality was not good. Paints were dried out making this useless to me.
