Can't get anyone to respond to my request for my money back that got took off my card for a membership I didn't want

I have ordered my items one says pending and one says delivered which I never got them or no updates about them and when I contacted the support team through emails and in the app they not helping me or doing anything about this issues and I been contacting them for weeks still no response and keeps having AI support doing their jobs and I'm getting sick of this they are so unprofessional and needs more work

UPDATE: NOW THEY HAVE CANCELLED ALL THE PAYMEMTS TO MY PAYPAL ACCOUMT I EARNED THEM PAYMENTS AND WASTED HOURS SLINNING AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS THEY STOLE MY MONEYThe worst most untrustworthy site I've ever used who steal money off your card and never pay out they get you to spin and win then dont send anything to your PayPal and completely ignore all emails

This app is a scam and will steal your money no questions asked. And will not refund even when mastkinly purchased

I was enjoying the free membership when I went to purchase some items and a payout which AUTOMATIC w/o notice signed me up not once but twice once for the plus membership Then the ULTRA membership I spoke with customer support they tried to say me back I said to cancel my membership instantly and return my funds this was a week ago I've not received a refund nor has my membership been canceled as I request. YES CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP REFUND MY MONEY.

There is no way to convert the points to cash. It tells me I need to be a +member wheil I have a + membership active. The free trial option disappeared at some point and. I ended up with a membership, that's when I tried to convert and was promoted to buy the membership. Customer service claims they respond on 12 hours, I have been waiting over a week and have not received any response.

The prices were amazing, though I didn't like the sneak subscription they try to throw into there. I bought an item online and it just happened to be through this site, so it made me sign up, and start the 1 day free trial. But here it is, a day after it was supposed to be here. It says it shipped, but they they can't get any info on through what carrier, even though I have a tracking number. When I try to track it through the link they provide to track it, it only reroutes me either
1. To the apps homepage when I select the app to run the search through,
Or 2. To the apps download page on the play store when I select chrome to run the search through, so I select to open the app at that point and it just takes me to the apps homepage as well

They won't stop charging my card every month and sometimes w or three times a month. I have turned it over to my attorney. They should be ashamed of themselves for being $#*!s and stealing from an 63 year old retired bartender and I'm in a wheelchair because my left leg is paralyzed. I don't even get 800.00 a month to live on and for them to steal more of my money is very sad. I hope they get very long prison sentence and spend the rest of their lives in prison

I placed two separate orders through Blidz Inc.'s e-commerce website, each totaling $17.99: Order 1: Date: 09/07/2025 Invoice #: LQILZTEN-0002 Receipt #: 2670-8916Order 2: Date: 09/08/2025 Invoice #: DKWDPU4B-0002 Receipt #: 2285-2421Despite completing both transactions, I have not received a single item to date. What's worse—when I reached out to their customer support via email, I was met with nothing but automated responses from an AI bot, offering no resolution or human assistance. It's been a frustrating and disappointing experience. This company shows all the signs of being a fraudulent operation. I strongly urge others to stay away from Blidz Inc. and avoid making any purchases through their platform. Save your money and your sanity.

Downloaded the app. It asked that a card be linked. As soon as the card was linked, they withdrew $17.99 for a "membership." I immediately contacted support telling them I didn't want a membership, and I wanted a refund. Support said I could have a refund if I posted a positive review on Trust Pilot. I will not post a false review. Support has since stopped responding to my requests for a refund.

You will be disappointed they are very untrustworthy SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT DOWNLOAD THEY SSEND YOU A COUPLE DOLLARS BUT CHARGE YOUR BSNK CARD OUTRAGEOUSLY AMOUNT FOR EXAMPLE 60 for 2 month membership when they have a no refund for membership fee I will be suing this company for false advertisement

Charged me a subscription but stated that they wound pay me. Never stated that they were charging me. Also, all of the products I see for sale are way overpriced..

Blocking emails no refund cancelled account money not used, taking it from a credit company zippay with out the ownersh I tried messaging and then emailing got 1 reply but they keep taking it.

Absolutely scam report to better business place. They have gotten away with this mess for a long time plus there not in new York there in Finland. They stole 17.99 of my money I did not authorize any payment all I did was download then money stolen. Beware fake company

Blidz sent me an email offering $25 in exchange for a review on this website. I submitted the review and sent a screenshot as instructed. I got a reply from their support team but was never credited for the review. Terrible company.

That was on Facebook saying you're going to send $3 to my account and y'all took 17.99 out of my account so it's just fraud I don't even know what this company does I guess steal I want that 17.99 charge taken off and refunded to me I didn't purchase anything I don't even know what your company does it's a fraud set up I guess

My card keeps getting used when I don't use the app I have to keep getting a new card when somebody keeps buying something from blidz I'm wondering if it's blidz the app itself or somebody that's following me around

Lies about free trial and charges you $17.99 which is horrible. I've read worse reviews where ppl are getting repeatedly charged after canceling.

Their goal is to make as much money as they can. They are just making a joke out of you. If you want to try it's alr, but I really wouldn't. It's an amazing dillusioned scheme.
