BitWallet is a scam, please stay clear. My experience with this exchange has been a disaster. Everything seemed fine during my first year of trading on the platform. However, when I tried to withdraw my money, the real nightmare began. First, they slapped me with a tax fee, which was unexpected and unreasonable.
Then, they asked me to verify myself, which I did, thinking it was a standard procedure.
But the real kicker was when they told me that my funds were too large and that I needed to pay even more fees to withdraw them. Their fees are exorbitant, and their verification process is a never-ending cycle of demands and excuses.
Fortunately, I managed to escape this awful predicament. I'm so relieved to have my money back, thanks to the tireless efforts of a recovery agency that took on this scam company and helped me recoup my funds from them. If you've been scammed by BitWallet, don't lose hope; email me, and I'll share more details about my experience recovering my funds. My email is on my profile.
