I've had my BitStarz account for nearly 3 months with no issues at all.
Deposits were fine, bonuses worked, gameplay was normal.
Not once did they ever mention anything about "multiple accounts" or an IP problem.

Then suddenly:

I deposited, took their bonus, and completed the entire 40x playthrough legitimately.
I played for roughly 12–13 hours straight with zero flags or warnings.

But the moment I tried to withdraw my winnings, BitStarz claimed:

"There are multiple accounts on your IP address that used the bonus."

This is impossible — I live alone and nobody uses my internet but me.

When I asked them to show proof, timestamps, logs, anything at all, they refused and repeated:

"That's just the way it is."

On top of that, because they denied the withdrawal, the small amount of Ethereum I deposited couldn't be withdrawn — it wasn't enough to meet their minimum withdrawal amount.
So I had to play it through, and that money was completely wasted because they blocked the payout.

In other words:
They let me deposit
Let me do the full wagering
Let me play for half a day
Waited until I won
Then created an unprovable excuse to keep the money
And left me unable to even get my ETH back

This is a classic crypto casino tactic — accept deposits, allow wagering, then deny withdrawals using a vague "bonus abuse" claim with no evidence.

If a casino can accuse you without showing proof, they can deny ANY payout at any time.

Based on my experience, BitStarz is happy to take your money, but not pay your winnings.
