If you open a support ticket, write a support email or write a complaint email, you won't get any response. Yesterday I opened an account with Bitstamp and transfer ACH fund and bought ETH crypto. When I try to withdraw to buy another crypto I could not do it because they put restrictions so I call the company they said i have to go through an interview process and it took one hour with 15 minutes zoom video call interview.
