Gave me the hardest time, approved my id verification then revoked it when it was time to cash out, out of 11 photos none of them were good enough until I had Google Gemini enhance the picture quality. Agent Hudson was polite, but overall useless, and Agent Grant was pretty decent and helpful. I did get redeemed, so I can't complain too much, but the experience definitely gave me some gray hairs

Support team delays and hinders withdrawal request causing frustration and plain try's to block or give excuse after excuse hoping you give up or move on not even attempting to play on that site anymore

I deposited 10 bucks and it came up 50 cent short and my deposit was lost because of that probably because I withdrew 50 bucks in the past but don't take my word for it go ahead and make a deposit let me know

Yeah I've been cashing out pretty often and close to my max allowance but for some reason my withdrawals started taking longer and longer each time. My first withdrawal took 15. Mins now the it was 1 hour, then 2hrs, then 4hds, now I'm at 6 hrs and counting for a a modest 100$

These people are really nice and helpful.if you have a problem they will fix it for you.the slots are alot of fun too.
