BitMart is a terrible exchange and I advise everyone to stay away from it. It is not a reliable exchange to store, buy or sell crypto. Since I have been using this exchange I have had one problem after another. These guys literally stole my bitcoin. Their customer support is completely useless and will continue to give you excuses and your problem will remain unresolved...

By stroke of luck, I recently managed to get my money back from BitMart with the help of a professional recovery agency that specializes in helping victims get their money back from fraudulent companies. I firmly alert against drawing in with BITMART, as my experience proposes they work as a scam organization. Be careful about any contribution, as it might bring about monetary misfortune and negative outcomes. I've gotten my cash back and that was just way I could go about it. I found support from. I've always thought of myself as pretty smart, so it's been tough feeling this fooled. I just hope others don't make the same mistake. Thankfully, it didn't turn out too badly for me—it could've been a lot worse. My local police recommended Urfa. Io, and they really came through and helped me sort things out.

Please don't be mislead by this company, they took all I had invested I was foolish to have trusted them. They froze my wallet and locked me out, even the representative that was always calling stopped. I never knew chargeback was easy until I met (Solvlyin) on Telegram. They handled my case intelligently and kept me updated with the status of my reclaim until I recovered every 90 percent of my invested.

Bitmart steals your money.
Big warning for investors. I am a member from bitmart for 3 years. Recently I transferref 1150 usd tether tokens to an old bitmart adress. After correspondence with staff many times they literally say we know where you tokens are, they are accessible for those people within bitmart who have the secret key. They say staff has no access to this secret key because of safety. Completely understandable, but then it stops. They dont help putting the message through to the person who has the secret key and so they steal my money and added so another 1150 dollar tot their own benefits. Customer service do not explain why they do this, infact there is nor reaction at all. It is just unbelievable for an exchange like bitmart to do this. Because they act like this and steal your money my trust in bitmart is zero. So people know how they act and steal your money and because of that I leave this exchange for good and I hope more people follow this and go to another exchange.

Deposited crypto into my bitmart account, it didn't show so I contacted customer support. You chat with a bot then some guy called Willie will fob you off for 24 hours by email or chat.
Issue still not resolved, so I contact again, Willie responds now the network is under maintenance. Will I get my money back, probably not, should have checked the forums before using them as it is a common theme. I was devasted by this action so i contacted Ivest Thread;; •C°m it was not that easy but my issue got solved in days and all stolen funds returned

After making great %, I went to make a withdrawal but they asked me for more money by which point I knew my suspicions were correct it was a complete scam. Please everyone stay away! I have gotten my capital back with the help of spacetelcapital clm

Run from this company they will rip you off thank God for global recovery funds. Org who helped me get out of their mess.
