This was my first time using BiteSquad. I wanted a specific restaurant and they seemed to be the only ones delivering for them now. Everything went well. Driver was fast and courteous. Wait time was a tad longer than I thought it should be. Will use them again.

BiteSquad delivered my food ahead of schedule and hot. They even included the condiment packets that I requested AFTER the initial order was submitted (because I forgot to ask for them). Will call them again

Great experience. Ordered Pizzeria Orso from Bitesquad - Saturday night - they were only 10 min late - for a busy Saturday night that is amazing - the delivery person was awesome and kind. Completely comfortable opening my door to him. 100% great experience.

Great service, fast and accurate. Love how you can track your order all the way to your front door. You even get a text letting you know they are moments away with your food. Wil def.use them again!

Prompt and polite. We have used bite squad at least 3 times now. Once for 2 different locations. True to approximation of time of delivery. All drivers were very nice and well mannered.

I've used BiteSquad several times and am impressed with their punctuality, friendliness, and overall service. They even called me to see if I wanted something different when the restaurant was unable to fulfill my order. It is also very helpful that they let you know when the driver is nearly there. I'm a satisfied customer!

I didn't want to get out in the black Friday traffic so decided to go online and order something from bitesquad and got to thinking why not message them for a black Friday deal and as always their customer service is excellent and delivers. The food was hot and correct as is always the case with bite squad. Recommend them to everyone.

Didn't want to bother with the crowds the night before thanksgiving so we had bite squad deliver. It was great. The food was hot and correct! It was no more expensive than dining at the restaurant when you consider the driver as your server and your house the restaurant! Love it. We are hooked!

Bite Squad was easy to use and my meal was promised in 30 minutes. My driver arrived with ten minutes to spare, food was hot and delicious. The driver was upbeat, professional and the tip was included in my order. Very happy with this company!

Ordered last night, saw that it was going to be late before we received our food so I Live Chatted with someone from BiteSquad and I asked to move it to today for lunch. They did it and we received our food a little earlier than expected. I got a text message just before they arrived. The guy was nice and gave me my bags, wished us a Happy Thanksgiving and was off.

Our order arrived earlier than anticipated and the communication about when our order would arrive was excellent. I really appreciate that. The delivery driver was very friendly and professional. We were very pleased to receive such good customer service, since that is quite rare these days. I highly recommend Bite Squad.

I love to use this service for my family and to gift it to friends and clients. Even though my order arrived quickly and was so tasty, the restaurant made a mistake on my order. Bite Squad took care of it immediately and credited my account for the mistake. Can't wait to use my credit! Thanks guys!
