Bite Squad is awesome! Their service is always on point. The app/website is user friendly, keeps you informed on the status as of the status of your order, estimated time is accurate and if it a few minutes off-they notify you, food is at a good temperature and the delivery staff are always kind, courteous, and friendly.
For starters, the online ordering was incredibly simple. Next, it was very quick! The driver arrived way earlier than I was expecting him to. The driver was in a Bite Squad uniform which I thought was excellent. It made me feel very comfortable as the customer opening the door. The driver was also VERY friendly, thanked me for using Bite Squad, and asked that I try them again. I have used all of the meal delivery services, and I was impressed with this one! I will definitely use them again!
BiteSquad was wonderful. Easy to use and quick. However, Stoby's (to my surprise) sent a tiny small sandwich (much smaller than I usually get in-house) on dry bread. The potato soup was good, but stone cold.
The experience was easy, and fast and right from the order screen it tells me how long to expect to wait! That made it even easier to decide where to order from since I only had a certain amount of time! The driver was so friendly and even did me a solid and brought me a fountain drink that I couldn't find on the menu. He did let me know that in the future the only approved beverages are ones in bottles and not all restaurants serve those. He was very sweet and mannerly and professional. I'll order again very soon.
From out of town so using this type of company is always helpful. Their service was simple to use, quick delivery, friendly driver. Will be using them again while I'm here.
A friend shared this great service with me and Im so glad I remembered bite squad when we decided to watch a movie and get take out at home instead of going out. I swear by the time we decided on a movie and got comfy the food was here! Will use this service again and again!

Had some credit for $10 off so ordered from AW Lins. Email confirmation said delivery ETA was 6:52pm. Got a call at 6:48 that it would be 7:21pm. ~30 Minute swing in time is kinda big. Food tasted good & was the right temp. Booking fee and delivery fee seems excessive. I wouldnt have ordered if i didn't have that credit coupon.

My wife and I recently moved to Sarasota, FL from an area with limited delivery options and poor service when it was available. We ordered from Bite Squad for the first time, and everything was perfect. Delivery was timely, the food was hot, the order was correct, everything was amazing. Whoever came up with this business idea... I hope you're a freaking millionaire and enjoying it. You're a genius, and I thank you for sharing it with us.

This is our 2nd go round with a different restaurant and it was great! I love how the web/app lets you track your order and when to expect it. It even came a few minutes early. Can't wait for more restaurants to be added!
