Terrible! I paid for gold membership and it opened up no new features the search is still a random lottery type search with repeated results. I opened a support ticket to ask why the search was so limited and featureless and expressed how disappointed I was after spending the money.

They immediately blocked me from the site after I had just paid for the membership! Outrageous! DO NOT USE BIRCHPLACE!

The TS you find on there are all escorts or looking to make money from you being stupid enough to pay to see pics or videos when there is plenty free Tube sites out there. You wont find any genuine TS who are actually convincing, they are all charging money for it.

Most rude customer support ever and have blocked my IP so I cant even go in to contact to get my money back!

The most unfriendly site I have ever known of, extremely cliquey, with moderators in force with the exception of a few that just chat to each other and ridicule there members at any given opportunity. Mostly made up of hookers from the north of the Uk Leeds and Manchester that are constantly touting business or being rude to users or asking if you will buy them things and give most decent Transexuals a very bad name. You are not so much as three views in before your continually asked to upgrade and pay to be a silver or gold member! Pay for what exactly? If you so much as dare write anything in the room about wanting to meet your jumped on by the moderators and told off for spamming the room, told off by moderators that are the very same Northern (mostly) cliquey hookers leaving the chat room free from chat other than there own as most users are terrified to speak that is the extent of the $#*!y unfriendly atmosphere that exists here. If your looking for a friendly chat room experience avoid this site at all costs!
