My order was never delivered, and 2 months later there is still no refund. Customer support is effectively useless: you receive polite but meaningless replies while nothing actually gets resolved.
After reading many other reviews, it is clear this is not an isolated case. Delayed or missing deliveries and endless excuses appear to be a recurring pattern.
What makes this even more frustrating is that there are many other online sellers offering cumin seed oil of much higher quality, with very fast shipping and responsive, accurate customer support. I will go back to those vendors. Never again Bionatal.
