The flavor of chocolate is very natural and not overpowering. I was initially skeptical on buying these shakes but I am a believer now. I am feeling much better (my gut) and I have started losing some weight. I will continue using these for a few more months to see how much I can lose. I like that it isn't an injection like ozempic or something like that. Seems like a natural way to lose weight.

My journey with Biome Secret has been easy. I started with them about 2 months back and immediately noticed some fast results. After that my weight decline has slowed a bit but I think that is only natural. I will continue using them because the shakes taste great and it honestly is a good nutrient vitamix. My whole family likes their shakes, both flavors are good.

It is a good meal replacement shake (I bought it for weight loss). They have some nice marketing behind their brand, but if you push all of that aside it is actually a very good product. The nutrition values are unlike anything else I've seen for a meal shake, and they have a lot of ingredients which specifically (supposedly) target weight loss. The chocolate flavor tastes pretty good, not chalky in texture like some others. It actually doesn't taste bad, I like it a lot. Have been drinking it for about a month now and am down roughly 8 pounds.
