I was contacted by BingX Europe for a KOL / affiliate collaboration that explicitly included a $750 fixed fee, with no fixed KPI and a review of results after two months.

I delivered the first agreed YouTube video. The content was reviewed, approved, and published.

After delivery, BingX changed the conditions:
- Claimed "0 results" (which was factually incorrect)
- Introduced volume expectations that were never agreed
- Refused to pay the fixed fee

Support later stated that payment was denied due to "0 sales volume and registrations," even though the fixed fee was clearly not performance-based and no KPI was agreed.

I have worked with other major crypto exchanges and have never experienced such behavior.
Leaving approved and delivered marketing work unpaid while changing terms after the fact is misleading and unprofessional.

This experience raises serious concerns about how BingX handles influencer and affiliate partnerships.

Be very careful when dealing with BingX and stay never do anything before upfront payments!

I've made innumerable withdrawal requests, but every time I do, they always come up with an excuse, telling me to either cancel the withdrawal or lower the amount and process another one. I'm so frustrated, but they still won't pay. I eventually became weary of it, and when I attempted to log in once again, their website was down.My withdrawal and loss problems have been fixed, and I have received my money back. I have been requesting for withdrawals countless times, each time I try they will find an excuse, they come back to say I should cancel the withdrawal or reduce the amount and process another one, such frustrations yet they refuse to pay. After BingX delisted DEFROGS, I have been trying to withdraw my DEFROGS tokens, but I could not withdraw them because the amount is below the minimum withdrawal amount, they set!
I also cannot buy or deposit more DEFROGS in BingX so that I can increase my DEFROGS balance to be able to withdraw it!
What can I do if my DEFROGS balance is below the minimum withdrawal amount, and I cannot increase it?
The response from support team is so blunt and inconsiderate! Does it mean my funds are lost forever? You must find a solution!

These company lure people in with fake promises they will show you profit right from the initial deposit tricking you to deposit more money and you think you are doing well. Very quick and easy deposit to buy crypto but when its withdrawal there is always troubles due to maintenance. They requested for fees to free my coin but after payment i was ignored again. Kudos to the team of private investigators that was able to resolve my case and get my money back, i will be glad to share more about my procedures to help any victim of this company. BingX is a total SCAM! You can make a deposit at any time, but withdrawal is not possible! When you ask for your money, things go wrong. Thank God I was able to get my money back from them with the help of a recovery agency called Megcody Recuperate.
