Landlords must stay far away from this app and should never tell tenants to use it. This app is an absolute disaster with shockingly bad customer support. Every attempt to get help leads straight to a useless chatbot. Reaching a real human about serious concerns feels completely impossible. The situation is beyond frustrating. Nothing ever gets resolved. Money can easily be lost because of this mess. Take this warning seriously. My experience was awful, and this is a clear warning to remain extremely cautious. Claims about being reliable and helpful are flat-out false. This app is not good at all.
