The battery (for a go kart) was damaged in shipping and it only took one phone call, an email with picture and a new battery immediately shipped.
2 year warranties are non existent on motorcycle/go kart batteries in my state. My Big Time motorcycle battery purchase lasted 13 months. I called them, performed two requested tests, emailed the results and again a new battery was immediately shipped. The new battery has now been providing 15 months of uninterrupted service. I am very pleased with their batteries and service.
