Web site easy to find and ordering was very easy and straight forward. No problems encountered. I received my battery exactly on the day they said I would. It was fully charged and ready to go. After installing it in my moped I turned the ignition key and it had lots of power to crank and start the motor immediately. I am very pleased and recommend this company to anyone needing a battery.

Good as of know! The battery that was delivered was the wrong size for My Harley Davidson I called and the right one was shipped to me with a return label for the one that was shipped. The new one works Great. And the other was sent back. There is a balance of $40.36 owed to me as the right battery was less expensive and I will use it to replace my lawnmower battery. Yes I would recommend bigtimebattery for price,shipping and customer service after the sale. Thanks!
