Appears to be correct battery for my APC, easy install
Very easy so far. The delivery was not good, as fed ex delivered it to the wrong address. Luckily I have honest neighbors. Installation was not bad, but the bolts sent were too short and I had to reuse the old ones. After that it was just getting everything to line up. The bike started first time and so far since.

The order process was seamless. Smooth and easy...just couldn't apply a discount coupon - :( ... I'd like Verizon to pay for this since it's their backup system. Oy. The order arrived earlier than expected. Yay!
Received my battery. It was advertised as NiMH with a 3 ah. What came was NiCD with 2 ah. Contacted Bigtimebattery. Said they were sorry of the mix up, however, they have no more NiMN in that size. Offered to reduce the price 15% or send a prepaid return and credit. I chose to return the battery, waiting for the prepaid return authorization. So far I have to commend the company for customer service when a mistake was made.

Ordering was simple. Promo coupons entry did not work though. Lets see how the rest of the order/shipping goes.
Aside from the coupon statement...all went well. By all the research i viewed, this appears to be a quality battery. Received battery within a week and it was well packaged and protected. Put it on the battery tender when it arrived and since it was already charged it did not take long for charger to show full change. Looking forward to warmer weather to install it in my jetski and hit the bay.

Easy to use order page, great price, item appears to be as expected. The proof will be in how long the battery pack lasts, I've not had good success with other after market batteries. Time will tell, thank you for asking me!
