Didn't do the work they said they did on my car, offered me no refund or discount whatsoever. I even called them on the proof that they didn't do the air conditioning repair they said they did, and they couldn't care less.
Hundreds of dollars down the drain and I was forced to pay another mechanic shop to do the work. Was unable to pay my rent that month and was nearly evicted.
Called Big O corporate offices and left messages FOUR TIMES with live representatives who promised somebody would call me back and over the course of three weeks guess what? No one ever bothered to call me back.
THIS COMPANY IS CRIMINAL! Corporations always screw over the little guy in America, and easily get away with it!
