This is absolutely the worst company on the planet. I have won an item back in november, and I was promised my a customer service representative that my item would be shipped out no later than 8 weeks. Today it has been 12 weeks, and still nothing. I have emailed customer support numerous of times, and called them to never get a response. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and my credit card company. I hope these people burn in hell for defrauding many people. Also, if you are an employee of bidstick and you are reading this, don't you dare try to post positive reviews to cover your $#*!. I got tons of logs that can prove your incompetence.

Won 2 items had to email them over and over to get 1 item which was a 200 bidpack and have yet to receive a reply from 1 of the 20 emails i sent them about the 2nd item becuse 8weeks of waiting came during my move which i have been trying and trying to put my new address which was different from my cc billing address and they had no way to put a shipping address as that was not an option when i paid for the winning bid plus the $5 shipping so then i happen to notice items on the site that the manufacturers they claim the product being from don't even make the models they list

Bidstick has wonderful items on their site - mainly items you would not see on other sites - that is what drew me to this site along with only a $5.00 shipping fee no matter how large the item you win. I won a couple of items back in February 2011 but have not received them yet. I won a LG french door refrigerator only to recently hear that they are out of stock on this item and that I would be receiving a side-by-side which I already have. I am quite disappointed that a site with this type of merchandise can't deliver what you have won and the fact that it takes so long to receive your won items. I hope that they come through with the refrigerator that I actually won and not something different. I will keep you posted on my progress and let you know how I really feel about this site. Don't expect to receive the items that you are actually bidding on and win! I still can't believe that they don't have in stock the items that they post for you to bid on... anybody else have this experience?

Here is an interesting story, I purchsed 50 bids and they gave me an extra 5 so I had 55 bids loaded in my bid bot that bids the last two seconds every time without fail, I had three bids left when somebody else won the auction. If you understand bots you know this is not possible and my bot showed me as the last bidder as well. WOW avoid this site! This is solid proof they cheat big time. All they had to do is just let my bids run out, so they are stupid as well..

On 02/12/2011 they said all bids would be doubled, so i got a 100.00 pack thinking i would get 200 bids. I only got the 100 bids it says for customer care call *******924, so i called it said the lines are to busy, send them an e mail, so i have sent them 8 e mails and they have not got back to me, i have won on about 6 auctions on this site but don't look to get anything and i have lost about 600.00. So if i wereyou STAY AWAY, I HAVE FOUND quibids.com to be a good site, and they get your wins to you in 3 to 7 days, not a month to 3 months like the orthers
