I ordered a balloon congrats.she received. A smiley face. The flowers looked wilted. They were cut to the top of the face. They looked very cheap. I contacted nice. They want me to call them. I want the. To refu d ll or most of my money. They spoiled what could have been a wonderful surprised. The congrats was very important.not a child's smiley face balloon

Great and you have fabulous selections

This is the second time we have used Bices Florist to send our mother flowers long distance. Last year we were pleased with the pictures she sent us of the bouquet she received. We will continue to trust Bice's to deliver quality flowers on special occasions.

I was talking on the phone to my daughter at the exact time her flowers were delivered. She was thrilled. She sent me a picture. It was very close to the one on the website and I was happy and relieved. I will order again for her family in Fort Worth.
