Online order selection experience good

Online order selection experience good. Recipient will send me a photo of arrangement & I will then determine if my purchase is as presented online. Thank you.

The item delivered was not as ordered. Different vase, wide open (older?) roses instead of large gerbera daisies as the main flowers. Delivery timing was excellent as was customer service, and the arrangement was promptly replaced with a nicer arrangement which satisfied my purchase. The Bises Florist Shop representative was kind and helpful to work with. I would use them again if they were local and I could visit the shop for my purchase, however, I'm not confident online selection of this type of gift is wise. I will probably avoid ordering online in the future.

The ordering process was fine and it was delivered on time. However, the quality of the product received was terrible. By the second day, many of the flowers and some of the greenery were dying and/or drying up. The Halloween container looks nothing like the one on line and looks like it was made by a little kid. Did not like this at all.

This was the 5th time I had ordered but the first I ever had such poor delivery issues. They did not deliver until the end of the day which defeated the purpose of my wife being able to enjoy them at her desk. The agent did apologize and refunded my payment as a sign of good faith. I will likely order from them again.

MAKE YOUR CARDS LARGER. There were a lot more flowers in the arrangement then I expected very good... gave me a wide selection of blooms so that they continue to bloom for the next 2 weeks... overall very satisfied
