Great service, fast and well priced. In stock unlike the official store and well packaged.

I ordered three items - two were fine.
The third was described as a boxed set of two coasters.
I received one unboxed coaster, and an email I sent making the point that the item was not as per the description has remained unanswered.
It seems to me that I am due a refund.

En el momento del pedido no se indica que po culpa de su brexit, el cliente de la Unión Europea tiene que pagar para poder recoger su pedido casi 10 euros de aduana. Evidentemente no volveremos a comprar artículos ingleses.

Good overall service, easy to use website, lovely product and good time between ordering and delivery. Only issue was it was delivered over the gate and left in the rain, product was dry but slight damn smell so had to air out. Not ideal as a present, and worth noting for other customers to note.

The ones from royal mail don't wait or don't want to deliver the doors and leave the paper directly for us to pick up from the office. That was an unpleasant experience

Although was bit worried saw few bad reviews and contacted seller, she informed me that during November and december she was ill though lack of service. I found service and product great.

This shop taken my money but never deliver stuff i paid for and never respond to my emails. Also phone number does not exist. You guys must be careful! Btw, i ordered from abroad ( Thailand) and am so upset with this shop!

Great selection of products at competitive prices and the free postage is much appreciated.

The item arrived in a timely manner but the purchased item was broken into pieces inside the box. Better packaging to insure item is protected would have been nice. Or place the gift box in a larger box with more bubble wrap. I paid for ~$10 in shipping so that should be adequate for proper packaging. In spite of this, I'd still like to see if I can get a replacement as I would really like to gift this mug to someone.

I bought (and paid) a hoodie on 4th October, I'm still waiting for it and I don't receive any information from you.
The only feedback I had was on 11th October in which there was a promise to update me within two days... I'm still waiting.

Having ordered a size too small I have had no response to my requests to return the garment and exchange it for another in a larger size. Just been ignored after three attempts to e mail and phone.
