The UPS delivery system totally dropped the ball with this item. BH-USA did the job correctly.
I may suggest using a more bulky box so that the UPS people dont carelessly damage THE BOXES, The actual items were never damaged, but UPS decided to simply return to sender without mentioning this to me.
