I had placed the order for 2 combo of t-shirt from their website and the order was placed on 5th Oct 2024 however the order was marked undelivered without any update and now there is no timeline or any support for the solution so this is my first and last time ordering from this place and waiting for my refund.

I have ordered a combo of 4 t shirts. Friends please don't buy anything from this site. I also initiated a return and they picked the stuff and not giving money and coupon code so that I can order new items. Worst site. Please don't and never buy anything from this. I have also attached a screenshot showing the chats. See how they don't want to give response.

Not deliverer the product as per time given. Even worse it's showing in order ID tracking that even it's not transit also for Dispatch.

3 pyjamas shrunk by 2 inches after normal hand wash. When complained, they replied that they won't be exchanged. Never buy from these fellows. They sent 2 T shirts medium sized and 1 small sized, though all were labeled M. Don't buy from these guys if you want clothes with quality.

For last 15 days want to return the product ordered as not quality was good but no response and ticket was closed again and again updating but no reply.

Recently purchaser couple T-shirts for my anniversary. The product quality is really good and no problem with the fitting

I had ordered 6 polos but recieved only 3.they keep asking for unboxing video which i had not removed sadly i had prepaid for the parcel
I dont know if it was a genuine mistake or a scam

It's fake app, and web site.
I lost of money 5000(five thousand rupees).
I'm payed online payment but not delivered products.

I got carried away by their website & ordered products worth 2000/-
But all of them r bad quality. N no customer service.
No reply to anything. Just dont order guys.

I want to give zero rating as it is providing highly unprofessional service and harassing customers mentally. I want to file menta harassing case on this company.

Quality is not good and they don't take returns aswell, they don't respond to any mail or query on website chat

Don't buy from them.fitting not appropriate with the order i placed and there is no direct exchange or returning option

I have ordered 4 shirts, and it's been 4 days since delivery. I've gotten 4 different dates for deliveries. They've proved their incompetency. Never ordering from here again. Also the quality for the first shirt I got was crap, the dye was leaking in the water i used. I was hoping it was just a defective shirt but, judging by their other comments it seems like they don't know how to sell clothes. I'm going to go to another reputable seller. Customer service was equally bad and unhelpful, 0 details were provided.

Return, Refund and Exchange is not possible in this app. If you Order anything from this App.please cancel it now. Because they only know how to take orders not to return...

Very poor quality as compared to price beware of this site. I never buy from this site. Useless products.
