Product fitment is not good, and there is no return/refund policy. Customer support is not available.
There's no option for direct returns or exchanges. We have to contact them then their executive contacts us(which they never contact us back) i tried 3 times but no response from their side. They could have simply gave an option for return and exchange.
It's an very bad experience for me this people are doing fraud business, no response from calls & emails
Not at all giving service, almost I'm waiting for return product last 1month onwards no one responding

Looking at good stuff on website, I have ordered 3 Shirts, While on delivery I have received only 2. There is no customer care no. On their website. They believe in Old email style communication. Also charged more for Replacement. Even after payment till now ( already crossed 15 working days), I have not Received the stuff. No calls, No reply for emails. I have asked for refund but still no reply. Really bad customer service. Please do not purchase any stuff from them. It's headache.

The polo t shirt had dirt and smudge on it. I asked for a return. They gave a phoney mobile no. To contact - it does not exist. They refuse to contact you

Ordered a mobile case, after completing the payment through debit card, the site failed to update and threw an error stating payment unsuccessful but money got deducted from my account instantly. Been trying to contact *******@beyoung.in but no response apart from automated reply.
Very bad 1st experience shopping with beyoung. Customers beware! When you do online payments with these kinds of new ecommerce sites coz they have very incompetent sites for making payment and worst customer care.

I ordered and it's still not dispatched and we are unable to contact them as they don't have any contact number. I emailed them several times but haven't received any satisfied response. Can anyone help me out

I liked the products they are providing in such prices. The service is quite reliable. As I had a query and customer service executive responded to me within 24 hours which is quite descent. The delivery was quick, done within 4 days. Loved the raglan which was super awesome quality is nice with comfort fitting. Had a nice experience.
I got my phone cover from beyoung yesterday. It's so pretty and the color is so bright. I totally loved it. These guys did a good job. I would like to order from this site again and would recommend you all to give it a try as the product quality is really good. I purchased an combo of 4 tshirts at 998/-. The fabric is so good and worth every penny. I was little worried when I didn't get any update regarding my order after placing it. So, I raised an complaint through mail, their executives replied me in no time and updated me the status of my order. I got the delivery in the expected time and I'm happy with my purchase. Would definitely order more.
The quality of the product is very bad and sizes and fit of the product is completely different when compared with the other products.

Recieved my ordered goodies yesterday after a long wait. But I must say the quality of the Tshirts are top notch and all of them are as bright as the pictures which were shown in their website. I'm very happy with the purchase. Even there customer service is quite good. They responded my queries in time just the delivery got little late but this was worth the wait.
