I wasted so much time trying to list my home with beycome. They don't list what cities your MLS will be in and when you ask they leave you on hold forever while they "check". Since their in the business, why don't they know the areas the MLS covers?
They don't let you know what information will be needed ahead of time (like square footage of every room), before you begin the process.
Most of the staff have thick accents making it hard to understand them and I felt like I was speaking with someone in another country. Not only did it take more than a week to get photos and information up on the site, but not one person was able to answer my questions and no one returned my calls when I left messages. I called more than 8 times without success and weeks later my listing still isn't on the MLS. I even requested to speak with the owner without success. So now I've asked that my listing be deleted and that they provide a full refund. Very upsetting trying to work with these people.
