I have always been happy with what I order from BWB, with the exception of one time a book came that was not up to what the condition was advertised. I went hunting for books containing science experiments for elementary students. Better World Books had a wide selection, at great prices. I ordered no fewer than a dozen and half books, and they arrived promptly.

BWB went out of their way to make everything run smoothly; when one of the books I ordered got cancelled due to supply chain snags from the quarantine and a refund didn't make itself manifest, a quick email garnered a rapid response and everything was put right as rain. The remaining book which didn't get cancelled was in great condition, too!

I received three "withdrawn" library books in very good condition. Glad to know my purchase is partly donated.

Better World Books has a good selection of large print mysteries and novels that my wife and I enjoy. Free and reasonable delivery makes this the best site for well priced used books.

The books arrived in good condition and more quickly than I expected. I love the fact that you provide books or children all over the world who otherwise wouldn't have them. For those who complained that they received books that had previously belonged to a library, let me say that I work in a library and when we weed our shelves, we always send our withdrawn book to Better World Books because of the work they do.

I love everything about this store: there's a wide selection of books, all of which are at great prices which include shipping. The books are always in good shape and arrive in a timely fashion. Additionally, the owners are concerned about ehelping children all over the world who cannot afford to buy books, and they care about the planet (clearly they're not pols!) I love being a customer here...
