Sad, I thought it was a legitimate business. Paid for 1st session which therapist cancelled during Thanksgiving week. I called after holiday and emailed x 3 with no response. On December 10th they charged my credit card for another session. I filed complaint with Speech Therapy in NC. They are not listed with Better Business Bureau. Do not use or trust them.

Better Speech charged me for 3 therapy sessions that I never received. It has been over 3 weeks and they have refused to acknowledge their mistake and refund my money. Their customer service is terrible. I would avoid Better Speech at all costs.

My teenager has a lisp but he gets too self conscious to attend his school's speech therapy. Having the option to conduct his sessions at home with Betterspeech makes it easy for self confidence, plus it allows him to focuses without the nuisances of his environment. 4 stars because I think they need more therapists but we love who we have right now!

Honestly we love our speech therapist and concept is amazing. My mom who recently suffered stroke needed therapy and Betterspeech saved us the trouble of traveling. I love how dependent they are. 3 stars because I think they need more therapists to accommodate more sessions. Overall, highly recommended!

Speech therapy during the time of COVID. Definitely makes it easier for the whole family to manage our father's speech therapy sessions. It would be nice if they have more therapists available but to my understanding they're growing. A great company!

Having been born and raised in Asia, my accent sometimes gets the best of me. Although my job never made me feel discriminated against, I always wanted to improve so I can better communicate with our clients. My sessions with Better Speech help me "neutralize" my accent. The goal wasn't to be Americanized. Now my pronunciations and enunciations are much clearer thanks to my therapist Michelle.

I travel a lot for work and missed a lot of my in person visits because of this. My online speech therapy with Betterspeech helps me stay on track wherever I am. Very pleased! I've had 2 sessions so far. I will increase the star when I experience more but so far so good!

I have a toddler son who has speech delay and and I'm worried that he won't be able to catch up when he starts schooling. I looked for a speech therapist online and I'm glad to have found a therapist that has specialized training in working with children with speech and language delays. We just started his sessions, so I'm still on the look out for improvements. Thank you!

My 6yo loves his therapist! I wouldn't even have to worry about us going elsewhere. Everything is so convenient and I'm definitely seeing an improvement. Highly recommended!

I was so worried that my 7 years old would be behind the therapy since the pandemic (covid19) hit. Thankfully, I was able to find a speech therapist from Betterspeech and my son loves her! We love that schedule is flexible and we can continue his therapy thru online.

Our therapist at BetterSpeech has been better than we could have hoped for. She helped our Susan through a significant speech delay quicker than we could have hoped. She's now talking a mile a minute:-)

We are now having a new therapist work with our 2.5-year-old son. Our boy warmed up to her immediately. We couldn't be happier. I recommend to other moms if you have a child with a speech problem.
