1. This site is such a TRAP! I paid for a $2 which is 7-day subscription, and after 1 week they automatically charged me $30 for a monthly plan without clear notification.
2. And their site uses deceptive buttons that charge your card instantly if you misclick (another $10 for a some BS guide or something) without any confirmation step.
- Customer service sends automated 'no refund' emails immediately. And when emailing them directly, they replied that with "According to our Terms of Use & Service, which subscription fees are non-refundable." I was so f disappointed for the website that I was actually planning to use service long-term. Shame on you!
- They know exactly what they are doing to trick people. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I would totally put a 0 for my experience with this company. I was trying to only get my resume for $1.95 but now they charged me $25 for a subscription I never wanted. It's purely disgusting. They don't even want to refund. I never consented to be charged with it. DONT USE THIS SERVICE. Nothing good is gonna happen
I did send you emails and you kept responding to me the same thing over and over again where I said I'm not even using your service so why can't you give the refund when you just charged the subscription a few hours ago. You didn't even send any emails saying you are gonna start charging on this date or send any receipt emails. I was just shocked to see my bank getting charged as such. You need to be sued because of what you are doing to the people and scamming them out of money.
