I am filing this complaint against BetOnline due to unjustified blocking of my account and refusal to process my withdrawal.
I have already completed multiple verification steps, including:
* Submitting all requested identification documents,
* Recording and uploading a verification video,
* Contacting support several times via phone.
Despite full cooperation, my account remains blocked and my withdrawal is still not processed.
The latest requirement from BetOnline is to record a verification video at my registered residential address. This is not possible, as I am currently not residing there and will not return for approximately one year. Their response - "you can complete verification when you return, we are not in a rush" - effectively means indefinite withholding of my funds.
I have offered reasonable alternatives:
* Recording a video from my current location,
* Showing my ID and confirming personal details,
* Participating in a live verification call.
All of these have been ignored.
This behavior appears excessive, unjustified, and obstructive. I consider this a deliberate delay tactic to avoid processing withdrawals.
I am now escalating this issue publicly and through regulatory channels. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with BetOnline.
If the company is willing to resolve this issue, I am open to completing verification immediately through reasonable means.

This is by far the worst thing a casino platform could do to someone, and someone who actually makes multiple deposits. BetOnline let me create my account and had me signed up no problem. Letting me deposit and even withdraw a few hundreds in the past. But today I won 5,000. Soon after trying to just withdrawal a small portion of that, my withdrawal was declined and minutes later my account was closed. I then called customer service to speak with someone about getting knowledge to what's going on with my account, and where are my funds. I then got transferred a few times, put on hold and then hung up on. So I called back, sat on hold and the reasoning behind my account being closed was "having multiple accounts in one household ". This is entirely incorrect on their part due to the FACT of me only signing up for my ONE account. I have now read multiple reviews on BetOnline and the same issue I'm having with them, hundreds have had the exact same problem. It's honestly very frustrating because I actually love gaming on BetOnline. But they obviously have a very wrong way of conducting their business. It seems to me and pretty much to everyone else that has left a review that when someone wins any good amount from a few hundred, or a few thousand they don't want to follow through with the payout so they close the account and say it's been closed because of too many accounts. If that was the case why did you not only let me create my account but also accept every single deposit I have ever made with no issues but when it's time for you to pay up, BetOnline creates an issue due to them not wanting to pay anyone out is what it looks like. They told me I'd receive an email within 24-48 hours about what their conclusion is. I really don't want to have to take it further but I'm so close to getting my lawyer involved. They need to give me what rightfully mine.
Utilized this site for over 2 years. On October 17,I requested my 1st small withdraw guanteed to b deposited in 5 biz days. Waited 7 days b4 contacting. Claimed it was sent. It has not. Now requiring me to send my bank statement. Bank Statements are not available for a month agreed to send a screenshot. If they sent it, they can easily see if it got deposited without anything from me. Still getting the runaround after I gave them what they ridiculously demanded
Untrustworthy and dishonest. Avoid
Do not give them your money. Their customer service is non-existent. You will be contacted by a different representative for each correspondence each presenting a new flavor of encouragement to just abandon your account (no matter how much money is in it). They take at least a day to respond to you, I've been waiting for four days since my last correspondence with them. They clearly have no concern over the money I currently have trapped in my account.
