I ordered a wig in colour #44.Grey. I received a black wig. (The quality wasn't bad, but I can't wear a black wig. I'm a senior citizen, and I went grey 10 years ago.)
When I tried to complete the return form, the website wouldn't allow all boxes to be completed.
I contacted them by email and got this response:
Dear Customer,
I am so sorry for this, please keep this wig, about your problem, here we will refund you 5%, ok!

Disgusting! Cheap wigs! They refuse to send me a return label. After I told them I'm a cancer patient and need comfortable wigs and can't wear it because it's too big! Told me to keep it and will give me 5% refund for my "issues"…. Disgusting!
They show Raquel Welsh wigs but they manufacture their own! Feels like you're wearing a helmet!

I ordered then cancelled within 8 hours. They took the money from credit card. That's it.
Reported to my Bank.
I ordered a pixie wig style and received nothing like the picture. Looks like a costume piece. Not even synthetic in texture. Their website says quality wigs as pictured. Cannot send back because customer service says shipping costs back to China would be so expensive. They offer a measly refund which I am still waiting for after 10weeks. When dealing with them, they keep passing the buck to a 3rd party.
I have blurred out the receipt because of private information.
