Have worked with them for 3 years now and I found them to be very good and open minded in having a discussion with you on any questions you may have regarding your tax situation and your returns. Manoj is especially good at patiently listening to all your questions and getting them clarified with appropriate details. Very easy to work with people like these and the turnaround in getting your taxes filed has also been very reasonable. Would recommend

Posting this on genuine experience. I have been filing my taxes with Best tax filer from past 3 years. Customer satisfaction is there high priority. Quick! Easy portal! Attentive staff are there key points!

Based upon my own experience. I had few concerns with revenue department for unnecessary charges made on my account, Jammer. M (*******@besttaxfiler.com Desk No: *******757) has been top of the notch to speak to concerned revenue department and resolve it.

I would definitely go through my next couple of years tax filing with them. Hope this review gives some insight about how best these people are. Great Job guys!

I have filled my tax return through them since last two consecutive time and guess what I'm stuck with my both both year return. And wait, best part is yet to come. If you e-file got stuck at any point (no matter whose mistake it is), then it's you who has call the panful IRS support team and what they will do is that simply calling you to convenience you that they can't do anything. I feel lot of agony and no idea how to express. So don't get stuck with these guys

These people, ever since my friend referred me to them, kept calling me 5-10 times a day leaving 2-5 voicemails asking me to file with them. So i decided to do that and the customer service was excellent, they called me for even littlest of things asking this and that BUT

The DAY i paid the fees to them for filing it, FINISH.

Not even one call i got. They didn't file they just sent me the tax return i reviewed and i didn't like the amount i received i wanted to know why am i getting that so i called back and asked why is it like this and all and the guy showed me bad attitude like why don't you go check in this website why don't you see like i was furious.

After understanding i said i want something updated he said no difference to update or not. I said why not update and send he said ok he will and he said he will call back after updating to ask me to review and submit

I NEVER got a call back after that. It's been a week and they never called me even once to FILE my taxes. This was so frustrating. I had to call and be put on hold twice or thrice and was told the guy is busy.

They showed such attitude and didn't help me out. I finally had to again call back and ask them to update which by the way that guy never did update till then and then he said ok i will do it and took a full day for a 5 min job and didn't even call to tell me he updated.

I had to again call back and ask him to file it. Like these guys are so money minded. I got so many calls that i wanted to tell them please dont call like this. But once the money was paid, OVER. They didn't even care to file it. Disgusting Indian service. Only wanting money and once that is done nothing matters.

Learn how to treat a customer regardless of money you bunch of idiots.

I feel that a new bie can do better then these guys. Tried their service once, BTF made a mistake in filing the returns. IRS reviewed and came back and I had to pay them back along with interest charge. BTF agreed that it was their mistake, but still deny to pay back the interest amount that I owed to IRS. On top of that they want to file my further return with them free of charge. $#*!ty service, no replies and answer after calling and emailing them for a month. The only answer we get is the manager is reviewing and it's been a month now... they don't care about customers, I won't recommend going with them. Instead do it yourself and you will commit less mistakes than BTF.

It is a big Fraud company. A Stupid Indian named Suresh (some times with different names) with phone numbers *******777, *******666 calls you all the time and they try to take information needed to do fraud. No information entered in the website is private.

I am complaining to Cops may be in near future if they call me again.
