They will give you excellent customer service and even telephone you to confirm the order, but once you have handed over your money, you will never hear from them again. They are Thieves, and they have STOLEN 1200 from me. They have NOT replied to my e-mails. They have NOT sent me a watch. It is NOT a real website. IT LOOKS FLASHY AND REAL BUT IT IS A SCAM.

WHY CAN'T YOU PAY WITH PAY PAL, AND WHEN YOU PAY THROUGH THERE PREFERRED PAYMENT (WESTERN UNION) THE PAYMENT WILL ALWAYS BE IN A PRIVATE ACCOUNT (NO COMPANY DETAILS) SO TO PROVE ITS A SCAM WHEN YOUR TOLD TO PAY IN A CERTAIN TIME FRAME (DON"T PAY) THEN PUT IN ANOTHER ORDER AND YOU WILL HAVE A DIFFERENT NAME AND ACCOUNT TO PAY INTO EVERY TIME. THIS IS BECAUSE THEY OPEN UP ACCOUNTS AND THEN CLOSE THEM AFTER YOU PAY. THEY WILL ALWAYS STALL SENDING WATCH UNTIL FUNDS ARE CLEAR THEN THEY TAKE OUT YOU MONEY AND CLOSE ACCOUNT SO THERE IS NO TRACE AND YOUR MONEY IS SCAMMED!. DON"T GET SCAMMED!
All the positve comments are FAKE i tracked one person down and he said he never bought from them but they used his pic and bogus comments.

Stay AWAY... THEY ARE JUST THIEVES... I SENT MONEY AND THEY NEVER EVEN ANSWERED TO EMAIL... PAY ATTENTION

I bought a TAG Grand Carerra from Finewatches.cn - and while I am still trying to get a refund for the poor excuse of a watch they provided - I need to advise who I could about the poor services and terribly quality seen by this company. Firstly you pay a premium price for transport and they use regular service without crediting the difference to your account - they claim they will extend a credit on future sales, but if you keep reading you will see that there really should not be a future sale from this company in my lifetime or yours.

The watch arrived and it had an obvious logo issue - the aluminum or metal is tarnished and applied crooked. The watch looks like a cheap fake. When approached, Finewatches.cn stated that I need to send back the watch at my expense - this after offering the solace of a replacement watch having the same issue. They are selling garbage and should not be allowed to - their customer service is the worst / this woman Sally is the worst communicator ever - and when I mentioned that I would call MasterCard to then complian they mentioned that the dollars would be seized and they cannot help me further.

If you have a chance / stay away from this place - these are garbage watches and garbage people.

BEWARE!, Only a fool can be fooled with this crap. The reviews are obviously fake, These people barely know english for $#*! sake. Luckily i haven't bought anything on there and just wanted to warn people as i can always easily tell if a website is fake or not. AND THIS ONE SURE IS!. Its on of those smart scammers, That make everything real professional however they lack the skill of English. They struggle with Merchant account as to why the prefer a western union and not a credit card and they give 20% Discount on the scam. So basically they will steal 1000$ instead of 1200$! WHAT A GREAT DEAL! LOOOL!. If you paid with western you might be screwed unless you get some legal $#*!. However if you paid with a card then you can get your money back.
