I wish I had seen this site prior to ordering from these people. More than a month ago, I ordered a watch. From then until now, I haven't seen a watch. I have no evidence that they ever charged me but a lot of evidence that they are unresponsive. Many emails and calls go unanswered and if you do get a response, they do not answer your question and are very rude. Finally, I was able to get into a discussion via email with someone there and was asked to go on the site and reorder as "we can't charge your card without you reordering" I refused. I can only assume they do not have watches to sell and may have had their credit card accounts closed by all the scam reports. I have ordered many items on-line and never been asked to cancel my order and resubmit it to get my product. I truly don't know whats happening there except to say I never got mine and asking about my order is met with hostility. I also suspect the "sparkling reviews" on their site are manufactured. They never answer the phone or questions and don't deliver what is ordered.
