Great explanation on the drug and alcohol test. It told me about everything not to do and everything that what happen if i did do while driving.
Very easy to navigate. It was a clean layout and easily interactive with every chapter. The questions were clear and concise.
My son did their 4 hours class for new drivers and the DMV written test with BPTS and everything was so easy and convenient. He was able to print his certificate and just show up at the DMV to pick up his permit. Hassle free experience!
The courses aren't bad. Just hope that you never have to call there. I've had to call their 3 times in 2 out of the 3 were absolutely terrible. There customer service is horrible. They don't care about anything. Especially the supervisor Julian. I spoke to him as a supervisor and he could care less... he didnt even ask what happened.
It was as advertised. Got it done and over with, without dying of boredom. Injecting a little humor, might have kept me awake.

Wonderful course for first time drivers I learn a lot from this course thank you so much! There was stuff I didn't knew and now I know new facts especially when it comes to safety such as airbags and seatbelt.
My husband took this test, passed quickly. No they don't submit YOUR result, it was your fault for the ticket so u should have to be responsible for it. And they made it clear the ways u can get your CERT, mail, over nite, email, reg. Mail. I did not get charged for an e-mail. I Paid for the test, I think it was about 29.99, including the e-mailed... CERT... I was not charged for the e-mail! The only thing I didn't like was the way the price was advertised. Also I just got an e-mail asking if I had received the cert.
